Crockpot Ranch Potatoes

Crockpot Ranch Potatoes are the ultimate set-it-and-forget-it side dish, packed with creamy, savory flavor. The combination of ranch seasoning, Parmesan, and Leafology’s Zesty Ranch blend takes these tender potatoes to the next level. Just toss, slow-cook, and enjoy a deliciously effortless dish!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, washed and halved (or quartered if large) 
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter 
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (Try Leafology’s Parmesan cheese) 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Leafology’s Zesty Ranch seasoning (desired amount) 
  • Chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning mix, olive oil or melted butter, and grated Parmesan cheese (if using).

  2. Add the halved baby potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the infused ranch mixture.
  3. Transfer the potatoes to the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
  5. Once cooked, taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
  6. Serve the ranch potatoes hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley or chives if desired.
