Crockpot Ranch Potatoes are the ultimate set-it-and-forget-it side dish, packed with creamy, savory flavor. The combination of ranch seasoning, Parmesan, and Leafology’s Zesty Ranch blend takes these tender potatoes to the next level. Just toss, slow-cook, and enjoy a deliciously effortless dish!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby potatoes, washed and halved (or quartered if large)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (Try Leafology’s Parmesan cheese)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Leafology’s Zesty Ranch seasoning (desired amount)
- Chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning mix, olive oil or melted butter, and grated Parmesan cheese (if using).
- Add the halved baby potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the infused ranch mixture.
- Transfer the potatoes to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
- Once cooked, taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve the ranch potatoes hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley or chives if desired.
