Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 tbsp Leafology’s infused jalapeño white cheddar seasoning

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with 1. parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Leafology’s infused jalapeño white cheddar seasoning.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry chicken tenders in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken tenders to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
