Leafology - Jalapeño White Chicken Tender

Spice up your dinner with these irresistible Jalapeño White Chicken Tenders, bursting with bold flavor in every crispy bite! Serve them with a side of cooling ranch or a squeeze of fresh citrus for a flavor-packed meal that’ll have everyone coming back for more!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp Leafology’s infused jalapeño white cheddar seasoning

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with 1. parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Leafology’s infused jalapeño white cheddar seasoning.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with seasoned breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry chicken tenders in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer chicken tenders to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
