These lemon bars are the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, with a buttery crust and zesty lemon filling. Leafology’s infused powdered sugar adds an extra special touch, making them even more irresistible. Simple to make and bursting with citrus flavor, they’re a must-try treat!
Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp lemon juice

Directions
Preheat oven to 320°F . Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
1. Mix 1 cup flour, butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
2. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until lightly golden.
3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup flour, baking powder, and lemon juice.
4. Pour the lemon mixture over the baked crust.
5. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, until set.
6. Let cool completely before dusting with Leafology’s infused powdered sugar.
